The Holy Wiggle - When life presents us with challenges, there's a special approach we can embrace. It's about recognizing that within our reach lies the power to initiate change, and when we take those steps, something truly magical begins to unfold. I like to refer to this effort as the "Holy Wiggle." It might seem like a tiny, almost insignificant action, yet it holds the potential to be the most significant stride on our journey towards healing.

This concept is beautifully simple: do what you can to move closer to your goals. It might not seem like much, but it's an open invitation to the universe to conspire in your favour. Look around at nature – you'll see it everywhere. The delicate wiggle of a pupa emerging from its cocoon, ready to take flight in the vast expanse of the sky. The tiny wiggles of a hatchling before it soars above. Even the wiggles of a calf finding its footing, preparing to stand tall.

In the ancient epic of Mahabharata, there's a profound lesson we can learn. Krishna, representing the embodiment of divine wisdom, attempts to counsel Duryodhana, the story's antagonist, about his unethical choices. However, Duryodhana, fully aware of his wrongdoing, admits that he doesn't need guidance to understand the immorality of his actions. He acknowledges his actions are wrong, yet he resists change, feeling unable to alter his course.

Duryodhana's resistance highlights the absence of the "Holy Wiggle" – that pivotal willingness to initiate change, even when it's challenging. On the other hand, there's Arjuna, a protagonist who finds himself lost and uncertain about the right path. Seeking guidance from Krishna, their conversation, "The Bhagavad Gita," brings him clarity and determination.

Arjuna's actions embody the essence of the "Holy Wiggle." He openly admits his confusion, seeks guidance, and engages in a sincere dialogue with Krishna. This willingness to acknowledge vulnerability and actively seek direction is a crucial part of the healing journey.

In our lives, when we find ourselves lost amidst chaos and uncertainty, it's vital that we embrace the "Holy Wiggle." By doing our part to step out of confusion, we invite freedom and clarity into our existence. Remember, every seemingly small effort holds the potential to set monumental changes in motion. So, let's engage in the "Holy Wiggle" and watch as the world conspires to guide us toward healing and transformation.
