About the Course
The Consciousness Analysis Program (CAP) is a comprehensive program developed to address the pervasive stressors encountered in our daily lives through a series of five individual psychological sessions. These stressors encompass a broad spectrum, including environmental, work-related challenges, interpersonal relationships, chronic pain, trauma, as well as depressive or anxiety-related thoughts and emotions. The sessions are thoughtfully designed to deepen participants' understanding and relationship with consciousness, drawing upon principles elucidated in "The Consciousness-Based Approach to Psychological Healing” (Isaac Cherian) and mindfulness research. This program aims to provide participants with practical tools and insights to navigate the complexities of their inner and outer worlds, fostering resilience and psychological well-being.
The program consists of five sessions, each lasting 50 minutes, scheduled once a week. These sessions can be conducted either in person or online, with a preference for in-person sessions to maximize engagement, as recommended by the author.
